What personal data is collected, and how it is collected

Your personal data will be collected whenever: the conclusion and performance of a contract (including the purchase or purchase of a  product and/or service); through  our website or pages on social networks,  when you make a request for contact, proposal, budget, visit, assistance or order; yousubscribe to the sending of our newsletter, giving us your consent; you participatein events, conferences, workshops  or trainings, organized by Arium, or by the brands represented by us, and with express consent makes your personal data available to us.  In these circumstances, your personal data may be collected and processed  in accordance with the expression of informed and explicit will,  through which  you accept, by means of an unequivocal positive statement or act, that your personal data are processed by Arium (utiling cookies, incorporating  tracking done by third partiesand monitoring your interactions with them or through your website or other digital platforms).

When visitors leave comments on Arium’s website, their data (present in the comments form) as well as the IP address and the browser user’s agent, is stored for security reasons only and to allow spam detection. An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to verify that you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment. At the same time, when you leave a comment on the Arium website you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies so that you do not have to refill your details when you want to leave another comment. These cookies are valid for one year.

However, if you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading them with embedded geolocation data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract geolocation data from site images.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and only indicates the content ID of the article you just edited. Expires after 1 day. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, text, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves as if you visited those sites.

Arium will not be responsible for the privacy practices of third parties whose websites have a linkon our site. Itcannot guarantee that the content and information contained therein is in accordance with the new data protection regulation, it advises you to read the respective privacy policies of these sites.

 

Retention period and transmission of personal data

If you leave a comment, it and its meta-data are saved indefinitely. This happens so that you can automatically recognize and approve any comments you will make instead of putting them in a moderation queue.

In addition, we collect personal data (e.g.:, names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses) related to the operation of our website only in the circumstances in which you voluntarily provided us with such data (i.e. through registration, contact requirements, surveys, newsletter subscription, etc.) and in the circumstances in which we are authorized to process or use such data, through your consent or on the basis of a legal provision.
